I take a multivitamin daily. I'm not 100% sure I need it, but I'm covered in case I do.
I also take extra calcium when needed, as it's one of the nutrients I track here on SP.
It's not a vitamin, but I also take a fiber supplement when my fiber intake for the day is low.

I take evening primrose oil for those aching boobs. I also take calcium, not forgetting magnesium to ensure that the calcium is absorbed properly. This is essentail, otherwise there is no point in taking the calcium - take note all you ladies who I see take those calcium supplements - don't forget the MAGNESIUM!!!

I take a Calcium supplement, as well as Juice Plus Fruit Chews and Vegetable Chews. I also take a regular muti-vitamin.
I do this typically as a preventative measure, knowing that even as I make better choices, I need additional vitamins and minerals to support all of my training and weight loss efforts.

Yes, I take Glucosamine with Chondrotin. I used to take a Vitamin D supplement last year. I went in for my annual tests and it came back that I was low on Vitamin D. I like in Florida and I was walking at least 1 hour + a day back then.....I guess I needed extra.

I also use a calcium with vitamin D supplement, a chewable one. I also take a chewable multivitamin, salmon oil, folic acid, additional D3, co-Q-10, and a mini-aspirin. The extra vitamin D has proven especially helpful in increasing my energy level.

I take calcium w/ magnesium & zinc supplements, 2-3 times daily, for bone strength. I don't get enough calcium from my diet - I am lactose intolerant and don't really care for dairy products anyway.
I take a daily multi vitamin with iron to make sure I get the rest of what I need. I tend to have lower iron levels...at least according to the Red Cross when I try to donate.
I also take gluosamine chondroitin for my joints, melatonin for sleep and gingko biloba for memory.
