I have some hand weights but don't use them much. My favorite exercises are in the pool.

WE own a bowflex and an exercise bike, which my husband uses. I sometimes use the arm portion of the bike, but cannot use the foot pedals as it is set up because of my knees, nor can I get myself in position to use the bowflex by myself, so usually don't use it. I have a pair of mini dumbbells which I use, and go to our local clinic to use larger ones and their elliptical trainer, plus to pool when available. At home I do chair exercises, simpler yoga poses and exercises that use an ordinary chair or towel. I'm thinking of buying some larger dumbbells &/or bands, but I actually get a pretty good workout with what I have. I also have a rolling walker which I use for distances greater than half a block, and to transport stuff like groceries, compost, etc.

I have free weights ranging from 3 - 10lbs which I'm aiming to expand soon, hand grips, a couple resistance bands, yoga ball and blocks, mat, and I do have a pull up bar I'm hunting for a wall in my house I can put it up on. Plus lots of DVDs.

I have a Treadmill, an Exercise bike and a weight bench. I use the Treadmill and the Bike Rarely and the Weights Never, But I do work out everyday on my Wii Fit Plus for 40+ minutes.

Resistant springs, hand springs, Treadmill, Stability ball, jump rope, rubber exercise bands, a few dumbbells. BUT.....I go to a regular gym!! I hate working out at home. I don't have a spa, swimming pool, sauna, barbells and all that other neat stuff.

I would like to find a decent and affordable treadmill. What is your intake on treadmills??

A range of dumbbells (from 2 to 20 pounds) that take up way too much space, Bowflex SelectTechs, pull up bar (husband's), yoga/Pilates mats, a BOSU, resistance bands, an old step somewhere in my shed, and my personal fave, my TransFIRMER step. I really need to use my BOSU more often but with the exceptions of the pull up bar and the old step, everything else I use all the time with my workout dvds.

A set of dumbbells ranging in weight from 2-15lbs, a 4 lb medicine ball, resistance bands and a speed rope for jumping and various dvd's ( I count the dvd's as my in home personal trainers).

I've got some hand weights and resistance bands I use occasionally; not often now that I'm going to he gym for weight training. I also own a bo, sai and nunchukas that I use regularly. My yoga mat gets a weekly airing too.

Used to have a tradmill. have owned about three over the years. Am thinking of buying another, might just get one of those litttle bike thinngs for under my desk and use it for all the time I spend online make myself use it when I am online. :) then I have some dvds and a sresistane band. not to much else in the way of gym equipment.

DVDs - and dumbbells - and a strong chair!! Yes I use them - not as often as I should but then I go to Curves - however owing to cercumstances beyond my vcontrol - I will be leaving Curves at the end of the month - then I HAVE to use them every day!!

What exercise Equipment do you own, and do you use it?
I only own Nordic walking poles and yes, I use them. In the past few weeks I have not used them as often but I will get back to using them. It is rainy season here so very hot and not always nice to walk on dirt roads with the poles.
