YELLOWDAHLIA, I made that pineapple dessert for a contest at work and won first prize!

The apple angelfood cake sounds great!

I am crazy about frozen mixed berries. I use them to top angelfood cake ir plain fat free yogurt.

To make a fancy dessert, make sugarfree vanilla pudding and layer finely cut angelfood cake, berries, and pudding - two layers of each. Refrigerate it overnight, it melts together, and it is beautiful, delicious, and low calorie. This is also good with crushed pineapple instead of berries.

Esther!

I love banana soft serve made by putting frozen bananas through my juicer with the blank blade. It has the texture of soft serve, and then you may add nuts , lowfat syrup, or friut to make a parfait.

I found this one in a magazine a couple weeks ago and had to try it...I loved it and will make it for the food program next month at my TOPS group.

1- 16 oz container Fat Free Sour Cream
2- 8 oz cans of crushed Pineapple (do not drain)
1 pkg FatFree/Sugarfree Vanilla pudding mix

Mix all 3 together and put in the fridge. Sooo easy and really good!!

Because I am a dessert addict I developed a dessert that is my absolute favorite though it is fairly tart. I only make it in Canada as the ingredients are not available in Mexico. In Mexico they have the annoying habit of adding sugar or aspartame to yogurt so you cannot get a tart yogurt and they cannot even wrap their minds around a cranberry. So here goes with the recipe: I set up 8 little dessert dishes and make one 2 cup recipe of diet jello distributing it evenly in the 8 dishes. Cool and set. Then I make a layer of about 1/2 cup of FF no sugar tart yogurt. I don't even want vanilla in it. The third and top layer is cranberry sc.(2 cups of frozen cranberries cooked for 10-15 min. with 2C of water and 1.5 C of splenda.)This is yummy but tart. I really must run it thru the recipe calculator to find out the cals.

Yeah, I like that angelfood recipe too.
My go to is just light ice cream. It helps me with getting enough calcium.

Angel food apple cake. Mix an Angel food cake mix with 1 can no sugar added apple pie filling. (No water, just pie filling) Bake in 13x9 pan. Before baking, sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar (Splenda) mixture. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely. Slice and serve with a dollop of lite or fat free Cool Whip.

Angel Food cake with blueberries
Dove Dark Chocolate (1 piece = 42 calories)
1/2 cup of ice cream (sometimes I use the low fat, sometimes I go for the big guns)
Split a slice of cake with DH
Blueberry pie (I'll have to go see if I posted my recipe on SparkRecipes)
Fruit Oatmeal Crisps (I vary the fruit between apples, blueberries, peaches, & pears. It would probably be good with strawberries, too, but I'm allergic to them so I've never tried it.)
That recipe I have posted. I'll find it and come back to post the link.

Angel food cake with strawberries. Also you can mix some fat free Greek yogurt with sugar and use it in place of whipped cream.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

I like cool whip between 2 graham crackers and then freeze it. It's almost like an ice cream sandwich. It is good with strawberry or chocolate cool whip.
