Baked Tilapia crusted in whole-wheat Panko with a side of multi-grain pasta tossed with steamed veggies.

I spread 4 oz of flounder with a tsp of honey, crushed a tbls almonds and spread on top, then put .5 oz raisins on top. Oh it was yummy

I just had lunch so it was a french vanilla smootie made with light vanilla soy milk, blueberries and strawberries. I also had a morning star chik patty on a sandwich thin with tomatoes and lettuce. 1oz of harvest cheddar sun chips.

Breakfast: one cup of frozen (slightly defrosted so they are crunchy) blueberries in strawberry yogurt; cottage cheese with pineapple, and whole grain--sugar free bread with Smart Balance margarine on it. Plus I filled my water jug (holds 4 cups) for the first part of the day. I top it off with a bit of Diet 7Up to flavor it. I try to drink two of these a day. I succeed just about everyday and sometimes exceed this amount.
