My Dad died of coronary arteriosclerosis My oldest (61) half brother died of heart disease. My second (65) half brother died of heart failure. My mother died after brain surgery of heart failure.
I don't smoke or drink, Dad and the bro's all 3 did. The bro's were HEAVY smokers. The oldest and his wife smoked a CARTON a day between them. The 2nd would be smoking and light another while the 1st sat in front of him.
I am taking as good a care of myself as possible. I eat healthy, but it is always a possible thing, I know.
If you always do what you've always done, You'll always be who you've always been!!!!!!

"WomenHeart was founded by three women who had heart attacks while in their 40s. In addition to being faced with many obstacles, including misdiagnosis and social isolation, they were each amazed how little information about or services for women with heart disease were available and how the issue seemed invisible within the women's health community. But in March 1999 everything changed." www.womenheart.org/aboutUs/index.cfm
