Activia Light yogurt with a few walnuts and decaf coffee. Then my BFF got me to go with her to Starbucks for a hot choc. without whipped cream, and I ate about 1/3 of her blueberry scone. I started out so well and now....well, let's just say I need to tone it down the rest of the day.
