Definately, It pulled me up short, mde me think and realise there are so many facets in our life we are impulsive , not just food!! It saved me money this morning when shopping - so that is definately a positive!! My DH thanks you for that - Buddhabelly!!!
His blog was really interesting to me and made me realize that I tend towards rigidity, not impulsiveness. That made me realize how very deathly seriously I am taking this and how much I need to lighten up!! I have been blogging and posting (a nice way to say 'whining') about my lack of weight loss, and I think that I need to be more spontaneous in making changes and trying new things. I think impulses might be spontaneity gone bad! I want to learn to make changes without over analyzing it, and this morning instead of a real hard DVD workout, I hit my ski machine. I really do get fixed on one thing and that can be as bad as impulsiveness.

Buddhabelly's Blog today blew me away! It has motivated me to take a second look at why I'm impulsive, and how to over come the self-defeating choices I make. What an empowering message this was. It will forever change my conscience choices. Thank you Buddhabelly. You epitomize the definition of a true leader.
