For Friday--October 7, 2011

Just take time for me to calm myself following the recent death of my younger sister.

Clean up around my desk.

Do the dishes as they are stacked; I haven't feel well enough today to get them done; was doing good to cook and add more dishes to the stack. Did did laundry done today, however.

Keep writing daily blessings and daily positive attitudes to keep me focused.

It will be necessary to catch up with the team at some point, but I am too overwhelmed to follow through right now. Would appreciate prayers for now.

Wish I could have been so productive. Geesh. I went to game day with hubby, fruit shopping and came home to eg on the couch. Got sick at game day and still blah. Hence how I made it here instead of crashing from running crazy doing yard work. Lol

My Saturday, August 6, agenda.

Be sure hubby is up by 6:00 a.m.
Be sure to eat breakfast today.
Be sure to do my blessing for today.
Write a positive for myself on the Pain into Gain team today.
Transcription and lots of it.
Writing while hubby is at work so I can be alone with my thoughts and face my fears about losing weight--come up with a solution to this fear of failing.
Drink lots of water--this is gradually coming along.
Only one 12-oz Pepsi today; choose wisely when I want to enjoy this, since it's the only one of the day.
Make garlic bread for supper.
Put new phone # in my phone.
Make Sunday's to-do list.
Check to see if I need to do laundry today--don't think I do.
Download pictures onto computer of changes I've made in my home recently if I find enough time today--if not move project to the next day.

That ought to keep me out of trouble for a few hours.

Since it's getting so late, I'm listing what I plan to do for Thursday:
1. Drink more water again. (Check--hot day drank more water than I ever do)
2. Check on transcription work (Check)
3. Take my meds (Check)
4. Weed garden before it gets too hot. [Nope didn't get that done]
5. Clean up mess made when wind blew shelves over on front porch [nope didn't get that done]
6. Putt chair mat down in the office. (Check)
7. Work on recipes to give to my niece for her birthday (Check)
8. 15 minutes to clean on the right-hand side of my office [Oops, added to it instead]
9. Go to Salvation Army to give away things if I get work done in my front room [Didn't get my room cleaned due to heat yesterday]
10. Take 15 minutes for self to relax (Check)
11. Get caught up with SP messages and log-ins, etc. (Check)
AND
12. Probably won't have energy or time left for cleaning up my bedroom from top to bottom so it's likely to get moved to Friday's chores. [Nope didn't do it; too hot--not getting done again today--just partially done]

I've been out of town, but I'm glad to be back homr. Today I ran this hill nearby... half mile up, half mile down (duh!!). I did five cycles, and it felt good to be back to running.

This afternoon I'm helping my daughter plan a baby shower for my other daughter... fun!

snakes?? Should I ask? lol Congrats on going back to the gym...big big applause.

me I lost 2 lbs this week!! I am keeping up with my meds. Today I have to work on the recycling, do the cake decorating practice sheets and the cupcakes for tonight, take a picture so I can show class, take the dog to the vet, clean the bathroom quick and tidy the living room, game night with friends. oy doesn't sound like much but the homework feels like forever and I will have more after all this. The recycling is a nightmare. I need to go work. lol

I didn't log in this morning to put in my agenda. However, I accomplished getting to the gym today. Big, big pat on the back to me. I won the battle of discussion over whether to go or not to go with my conscience. I turned in two time sheets for pay as well as charts to doc's office. Put my laundry away. Didn't do much else today, but neither did I spend a lot of time on the computer. Got e-mail done today and participated in SP, did my tracking, etc. So I'm finishing up so I can go play a game or so before bedtime. I'm not sleeping well which caused me to be very drowsy today all day long. I didn't kill any snakes today like I did yesterday by throwing out 5 bags of trash from my office area. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Fix my eating habits by planning HEALTHY veggie packed meals and STICKING to it.
Yoga with Bob Harper
Bike ride with Moose
Walk with Lacey
VBS at church (does playing guitar for 3 hours burn calories?)
Finish at least 3 squares for my afgahan
Cook dinner for DH when he gets home.
Do some weed pulling and water veggies
Relax and work on training Lacey (3 month old HYPER lab mix)

I completed everything on my list yesterday except for hot bath, but I did that first thing today. Awe, squeaky clean and what a great way to start the day.

1. Return charts to doc's office.
2. Dry and fold laundry.
3. Set timer and work in office on cleaning out things I don't need.
4. Do health challenge
5. Write for 1 hour
6. Drink more water today.
7. Track all food/drink intake--I've going to lose another pound or two this week.
8. Relax with hubby tonight and watch some TV

This seems like enough for one day. May get started on office and not quit after 15 minutes and that would be good.

I was a weeding, help put up a chicken wire fence and planting fool!
Today when I get up:
Breakfast and meds
Call caseworker about hand surgeon
Cake decorating homework
Wash huge pile of laundry, fold it and put it away.
Either clean the kitchen or bathroom
Work on going through the mail recycling box
Woo hoo relax at crochet club

Now if I manage all this I am really moving. Lol

Haven't gone to a class in years! I cancelled my membership like 2 or 3 years go because it was to far once I moved. I try to do things on wii or turn the iTunes on and dance. Today I relaxed. Had game day with hubby, finish a large crochet project for my hubby (huge afghan), started one for his parents, goofed with my dogs. Tomorrow I will be out doing errands walking crazily through the stores before the storm hits. If you see a crazy lady that is taking massive strides up and down the grocery aisle and racing corners, yea it's just me. Lol
