Today was a great day! I met my goals for a healthy diet without junk food of any kind. I ate 5 serv of fruits and vegetables and didn't exceed my calorie count. I walked at noon over lunch and did my strength exercises with warm up and cool down at 5 am this morning after getting 7 hours of sleep. I drank my 8 glasses of water and feel great!
I did my best today, tomorrow I will do even better.

Breakfast was bad i had a muffin
Lunch- Soup (chicken, green beans, corn, with pasta)
Dinner i plan to find a shrimp recipe and cook it with some side dishes but im not sure which kind
Wow Kel your helping is great news to hear. I can relate to what you've said about the past few months have slowed you down. I have gained so much over the past 6months so you can imagine i've put on some weight! But thanks for the good luck.
Be apart of my jobs Employee health day! There are many healthy things going on at my workplace today: mini workout classes, know your number blood pressure and weight, healthy food given away.
I will try to get in some exercise Eat some fruit and veggies And drink my water.
