I find there are two things that I do that cause lots of stress, with me and with others:

1. Try to control everything, even when it really isn't a concern that I need to be involved in.

2. Accepting things I cannot change.

Both are really about control.

3. The other thing I do is procrastinate. And when I do that, I stop considering how long it will take and what needs to be done for the next "major" step. It's as if I'm saying this is important, so I have to be more stressed.

Exhausted myself this week. Ate bad and skipped exercise. Today I slept in and took a 75 minute nature walk. Have a lot to do but will slow down the pace today.
