I also asked Spark Coach and this is what they told me, which works:
"What you'll need to do is leave the diabetic program, then click on tracker options at the top of your Nutrition Tracker, select Change Diet Goals and choose a vegetarian meal plan. Then if you put yourself back into the diabetic program, you'll have diabetic vegetarian meal plans."
I am excited about it since I need to change the way I eat while also making it very affordable since I am on a fixed income.

As you go through the brief set up, there will be a meal selection criteria question and you can select "vegetarian". This should then give you carbohydrate controlled vegetarian meals for someone with diabetes.

I will be watching this thread as well. I would like to know if possibly all this material exists or not. My husband has been judged prediabetic and we want to make sure he never goes over the line into diabetes.

I am pre-diabetic and I am not sure how to use the tracker to get diabetic vegetarian meals that are affordable for 1 or 2 people. (without fancy dishes). I am on a fixed income and it is difficult. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Chelsea
