I love to bake with the vanilla flavored Almond Milk and Soy Milk. I prefer to use Almond and Coconut Milk. I also like to use the unsweetened original. I also have used the unsweetened original for gravy and sauces. I find it has lower calories than even skim milk. Almond breeze is 45 calories for 8 oz.
Hi, I like Soy milk, started using it, when I was told it was better, even then goats milk. that the cow's feed has chicken poo in it, as well as all other animals have it in their feed now. I don't use anything from an animal, I am a Vegan. Animals are now, not the best source of protein, bean, soy beans, have more protein, then anything else & some other things are better source of protein. Your body will thank you, for not putting into it what, it was not intended to have put in it.

My daguther could not have milk for years and we used it in the house. I loved it. My ex husband not so much I did not really notice a difference and what I did notice I liked more but that was just me. My daugther loved it and still likes to drink the lighter milks now.

Recently while visiting my sister I tried silk soy milk vanilla flavored. It was tasty. I'm wondering if you can cook with it like regular milk. Is the vanilla going to effect the taste of what ever I make?
