Difficult but not impossible
Thanks for the link. I've always found it hard to lose weight during this time of year because of all the temptations. This year I have not made any candy or other goodies that I normally make for Christmas because I know that I usually end up eating a lot of it, so I'm going to be kind to myself by not sabotaging myself during the holidays.
Our lives can change with every breath we take.
I am going to lose weight because I will not look at the meal as a x-mas feast, rather I will treat it like all my meals and although we have guest, I will still measure and weigh all portions and if someone ask why I will proudly tell them.
“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”
