I would ask your doctor for a referral to see a registered dietitian. That person can create a meal plan specific to your doctor's recommendations, to be sure you're getting all of the nutrients you need on a daily basis.

GOT A CALL FROM DOCTOR TO GO ON A NON-HIGH PROTEIN DIET AND NO FRUCTOSE. I AM LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT YOU CAN EAT. THIS SEEMS HARD. FOODS YOU CAN HAVE ON ONE OF THE DIETS IS AGAINST THE FOODS YOU CAN HAVE ON THE OTHER. OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS
