Welcome ! Now that it is fall, it is all soups and roasted veggies for me. I love playing with different spices and grains to add the soups, veggies. Also I subscribe to healthy sites like Dr Andrew Weil and get his recipes and herbal remedy recommendations via email. I have been using turmeric for inflammation with my arthritis and notice a big change.
