Welcome. Making healthy meals is so important. And it keeps me so in touch with the actual ingredients I am putting together. I am feeding the physical, emotional and spirit. Yesterday I made a pot of butternut acorn soup...because I always order it i the fall. And want to be able to make a healthy, yummy version. It was okay but I need to find out how to make it thicker and more flavorful. So, my challenge is to do this and not use flour, butter, etc. I will have fun playing 'chef'. And my reward will be a new recipe.

Life is not a dress rehearsal.
