My goal this week is to drink more water and cut out soda (down to 1 day) and cook more meals out home instead of eating out or ordering food. emoticon Also my goal is to start working out more and loosing the baby fat!!

My goals for this week are:
To follow my food plans. Refrain from eating extra snacks in evening.
To follow my program set up by my personal trainer including doing stret hes at home 5 day
To drink 8 glasses of water a day

My goals this week are to feel more centered with my body. I had few too many nights out late last week and I need to get back in the swing.

I will:
1. Work yoga into my workouts at least 4 days this week
2. Keep up with my 8 glasses of water each day
3. Extend my 10 mile a week goal to 13 with walking and spending time in my neighborhood
