Last weekend I bought a value pack of bicuits, took one and fried "doughnuts" hot and fresh and thrilled 3 young adults who wanted a memory treat. One tube, 4 people, not toooo many calories. Lots of fun for the old lady. Cooking can win. :o) (Could have done it from scratch, but was creating a specific memory for a young man who needed it. Will try true homemade another day.) :o)
Well I had family over today and we made spaghetti with green peppers, mushrooms, garlic and onions. We had garlic bread and salad. We're all full but it was great. I checked out my calories later and it was less that 300 calories. I'm getting better with my healthy eatting pattern. I'm eating more fruit and vegetables and I started a new workout. I started at Curves and be back working out on Tuesday because of the holidays.
