You can peruse the recipes to that effect on this site vegetariantimes.com I've found the recipes to be reliable and they'll include protein as lean as it comes :)

My long term goal will be to create a seasonal category in My Recipes for vegetable recipes to encourage me to add more variety and nutrition to my diet. (less rice-pasta-potatoes on the plate)
