I agree with the idea of using soy sauce. I use Tamari, which is a low-sodium version. We have it here in Australia, not sure if you have it over there.

How about some MSG free low sodium soy sauce or other chinese sauce. Alot of items use this in diet coook books

Maybe a little picapepper sauce or just omit and then season to taste with things you do like.

I think I spelled that wrong!

Is there a good substitue for worcesister sauce?

I don't like it because it tastes soooo salty to me, and I think some of them have MSG.

I have found several recipes I want to try that have this in it. Any suggestions would be welcome!
