I have found that when I create a menu, my family eats healthy because I am not going for the quick fix meals. I know first thing in the morning to review and see if I need to prepare or take something out.
It also saves on my grocery bill as well. Look forward to hearing more.

I was reading some of the other goals. My kitchen is pretty well orginized. I just cleaned out the refrigator today and orginized the pantry so I can see what is in there and got rid of any old or expired food. This helps a bunch. I made menu for the week also. I have found in the past that this does help also. I just never made it a habit so I will work on that during this challange.
This week I need to focus on my lunch/snack time. I work though lunch so when I get home I am kind of hungry but its too close to dinner to eat too much. I did buy some veggies and fruits I like to eat. Going to look for some easy recipes I can make and have on hand for quick small meals or snacks to have on hand for myself. I do make dinner for my family. I have been trying to make a new recipe each week that is low in calories and high in good stuff. Some we will do again some not. This week I will keep with some old favorite ones that are not bad for us.
