I don't have any problems drinking my 8 cups at home, but when I go out during the day (ie. shopping) I fond it harder. And if I drink too much before bed, I'll spend the night in the bathroom. Do you have any tips for me?

I have started filling a ten ounce to go cup with water and have it with me all the time. I then sip water frequently. It keeps the water cool and I find that helps with drinking eight cups of water during the day and evening. I never drink pop and if I do it is only on a special occasion and it is a treat. Sometimes I buy flavored water as a treat.

I usually have tea or coffee in the morning and then I have water throughout the day. I sometimes add lemon juice to the water to change the taste. I like room temperature water so I have a glass of water sitting on my counter all the time. I sip my water when I am preparing meals. In the summer I find that I drink a lot more water.

Water has never been a problem for me. I have a couple cups of tea in the morning then drink water all day. I don't drink much pop. Every once in a while we will buy a 2 liter of coke and drink it, when its gone it can be weeks til I have another. Even when I go out to eat I order water...of course that's because I don't feel like paying $2.50 for a glass of pop.

hello I am one of the co.leaders on this team and just wanted to let you know and remind to drink up 8 cups a day is very good for you so my advice to you would be 8 a dayand eat your fruits and veggies hope you do good it's very good for you and also let me know how you do on the water part I am encouraging you so you can do it .
