Yes I will post the recipe here, cooked in Asian Filipino ways. These kinds of food are our delicacy most of Filipinos like me, love this fish salad and very expensive to the sea food restaurants in my country. Their are different kinds of fish salad but I love with pure coconut milk.
My plan for this week, I will start to learn to accept the taste of our own lettuce. I don't like lettuce because its bitter, but I will train myself to like this vegetables. I will pick lettuce now, and make it a salad, little by little. Hope I will use to it one of these day.
To me its hard to accept the westerner foods that I am not used to eat in my whole life. Because I grown up with poor families, we are happy and we can eat 3 times a day, and my parents dependent the products from our own farms. All the food I eaten now its all good food, almost all kinds of sea foods as long as we can eat, and a little amount of meat only. I think I won't change my habit of eating, because according to my test result on this site, I eat balance food. I can control the food, not the food control me.
First of all, I have to learn how to use this site. I am a beginner, and a learner.
I was shock my kilo today, used to be when I was 20's of age, my kilo is 45, in pound 100. But now I am 33, my kilo is 53, for pound 119. Most of my body I admit lots of muscles now. I do not know if its a muscle or a fat. But my stomach is flat now. I know I am a bit chubby, but I eat good food every day, and exercises too every morning none stop, plus physical worked the whole day. Even I am tired after worked but I am happy because I can sleep very well.
