The book helps a lot with motivation type stuff! There is a lot of good information in the book. You get a lot of similar stuff here but it helps to see the results of things that have been done here. It is a good read although I have not read the whole thing yet. I am not a reader so unless it grabs my attention I can't keep my attention on it. I have not gotten to the eating habits quite yet but I am trying to. My attention span is just too short! LOL So I would recommend you buy and see what you think. It is not that expensive and could be a good reference tool!
