I read it from the library and thought it was good, but didn't buy it until it was on kindle for $1.99. Now I'll go over it again. Pam

The book helps a lot with motivation type stuff! There is a lot of good information in the book. You get a lot of similar stuff here but it helps to see the results of things that have been done here. It is a good read although I have not read the whole thing yet. I am not a reader so unless it grabs my attention I can't keep my attention on it. I have not gotten to the eating habits quite yet but I am trying to. My attention span is just too short! LOL So I would recommend you buy and see what you think. It is not that expensive and could be a good reference tool!

I'm very curious as well. I've heard great things about it, but am still hesitant to get it. Is it any different than the common knowledge that we can get right here on the site for free?
