Today is Fri weigh in day good body fat is 2% down bad weight is 1/4 lb up. My daughter keeps reminding me muscle weighs more. But you still like to see the lbs down

BHOLMAN...those non-scale victories like feeling better and clothes fitting are just as important as the scale weight. Congrats! emoticon

Did you take measurements? That can be eye opening when the scale isn't moving.

I've been surprised that the weight isn't moving as fast as I thought but with healthy cooking and choices I feel better and my clothes are starting to fit better. My weekly goal isn't until Friday.

I think you can just go under each weeks discussion forum and post your own update or search under more topics for that week and add your update to an already posted discussion.
