Yes, GMAHOSS1, the calories in my smoothie are about 200 per serving with 3.5 grams of fat; 9 grams of protein; and about 6.5 grams of fiber.

I use Vanilla Light soymilk. I don't drink the soymilk alone, but in the smoothie it's really good.

Also, once in a while I add a handful of spinach if I have it in the house. No flavor impact at all.

@ LINDSEYLAUPER: I also think I might have a very mild allergy to almond milk too. After I started drinking it, I noticed I had a minor rash. It was hive like in nature, but much smaller bumps and it was itchy. Is this what you noticed too?

I love the Silk Chocolate Soy Milk, it's delicious! I'm not a big fan of the vanilla either. I agree that it has a strange after taste to it.

sounds great do you know the calorie content?

i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.

I use Silk Vanilla Light every morning in our smoothie. My husband and son look forward to them.

1 cup Silk, 1 container yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 cup berries, 2T flax seed and a bit of honey. Great morning energizer!

could be just stop for awhile then drink again if you break out then sure enough

I love the chocolate soy milk and used to use it for my shakes in the morning. Then I switched to the Blue Diamond Almond milk because it's lower in calories, but I started breaking out. I think it was the almond milk.

I was downtown today and got to try all the Silk products. Wasn't too crazy about the coconut...it tasted very watered down but the dark chocolate was good.

I use the plain silk soy milk for my cereal and I love it. I tried the vanilla silk soy milk but didnt like it. It had a funny after taste.

Sounds good emoticon I usually purchase the Blue Diamond brand of Almond milk since it's usually cheaper but will get Silk if it's on sale. I don't drink soy milk 'cuz of my thyroid. Those dark chocolate drinks are good but I get the no sugar added kind. I love Almond milk for my cereal and it's also great in smoothies.

While I was downtown this morning there were ladies handing out Silk products tote bags with lots of $1 off coupons in them. I got 42 coupons for $1 off a half gallon of a Silk product. After that we ran across some people walking around with giant Silk cartons over backpacks with the different products in them. I tried the dark chocolate, not sure if it was soy or not. They also had Silk coconut and Silk almond milk if you wanted a sample.

My 5 yr. old granddaughter has been sharing her coupons with anyone and everyone she sees. I'll see if I can leave some at the Y tomorrow morning when I go. The employees can use them or let people pick them up if they want. I do intend to keep some for myself. Maybe I can use it on the cereal I've got since I don't like to use the reconstituted non-fat dry milk I've got for that purpose.
