I tried a new recipe for Tortellini Vege Soup this week that was really good and only 150 calories a cup. My daughter (6 yrs old) helped me cut up the zucchini and tear up the fresh spinach for the soup. My son who is older loved it and ate 2 bowls. I found the recipe in the new issue of Healthy Cooking magazine by Taste of Home.

It must be spring: I am feeling restless. I need to shake up my meals and stay motivated with something more fun instead of "the usual". To start it off, here are a couple of recipes from SP but you can make suggestions from anywhere. Simple combinations of fun foods are great or tips too.
TIP: often appetizers/dips can make an interesting lunch . If you double or triple the serving size, it makes a reasonable number of calories for a lunch serving. Add a nice green salad and some good bread or crackers and you are good to go.
