Just this week I started to check out the Sparks Recipes and they look great. I actually just made an Apple Crisp that I found on Sparks and it was GOOD and it had very few calories. My husband even thought it was great!
Hi CJ welcome to the team. I like the recipe site too I am learning how to swap some things out to cook healthy. Its so easy too that you can just click the recipe and add it to your daily meal instead of having to plug all the nutrition numbers in.
I'm a fast food junky. I have challenged myself to select and try 3-4 recipes from the SparkPeople recipe page; put the ingredients on my shopping list; then prepare them the next week. You should check out the SP recipes most that I reviewed looked yummy. I just know this is going to help with my weight lose goal. Thanks to all those who submit recipes - what a helpful tool.
