Along with the trail mix and pumpkin seeds all ready suggested I'll add...Almonds.
They are supposedly the "healthy" nut. They taste decent and add a great boost of healthy fats and calories. I get those little snack bags and put a serving in one. I take one of those with me where I go, then when I'm out and about and miss a meal or snack I have them. It's enough to fill out my calories and fat for the day usually.

My main snacks are Greek yogurt (plain) with fresh strawberries and blueberries. I also usually have an apple or 2 dill pickle spears (I prefer Claussen) wrapped in a slice of turkey breast (very yummy)!
I just recently found Wheat Thins Sticks - they come in honey wheat and fire roasted tomato (I tried the fire roasted tomato). One serving is 14 sticks and comes in at 130 calories - I tend to take a half serving, and believe it or not, 7 sticks is enough to give me an afternoon boost and hold me over until dinner!
triscuits with cheese melted in the microwave (4 is enough) veggies with hummus dip yogurt with nuts mixed in or bran buds mixed nuts with some chocolate chips mixed in (if you have a sweet tooth) 2 mandarin oranges (my latest favourite)

I also love bringing single chunks of chocolate (think of the pieces in a Hershey bar) for when I'm craving chocolate and nibbling them (like 10 tiny bites out of the bar). It helps with the chocolate craving.
Fruit is always an amazing option, you just can't keep it in your desk. Bananas, tangerines, grapes, etc.
I keep trail mix at the office and at home. I usually buy 2 or 3 different blends and mix them all together in a large storage bag then put them into small sandwich bags. I also keep a bag in my car for emergencies. I also buy dried figs and dates and they are filling and satisfy my sweet tooth. I always keep a glass or bottle of water by me so I can drink water a lot. Laughing Cow cheese with multigrain crackers is great.
I really like buying fruit, especially grapes, and preparing them into 100g lunch bags for quick, easy access in the morning and then I have them with me at work. I also stashed a few healthy oatmeal bars at my desk. Crackers and peanut butter or cheese is another i like.
When I'm at work, I eat the following snacks: - apple with peanutbutter or almondbutter - carrots with peantbutter or almondbutter - fruit/veggies with 1 oz. of nuts of some sort - cottage cheese with apple sauce and cinnamon (or strawberries, blueberries, etc) - string cheese and crackers - boursin light cheese and crackers (yum!) - Snack n lunch mini flavoured tuna cans, sometimes with crackers, sometimes not
The nut combos are a little higher calorie but I never snack in the morning so it's not really an issue for me. Nothing too exotic but I'm usually too distracted at work to care.

I need some help finding some good snacks for while Im at work. Nothing huge of course but I have had a little trouble reaching the ranges for my calorie and fat intake. I think the reason for that is because I don't wan't to go over so I find myself being more cautios than needed
