I agree with you!!!! I'm an extreme health nut that eats 9 times a day and 11 times when getting ready for a show. Most of these recipes have waaaay to much sodium and too many simple carbs. I tried several recipes and my training coach complained that my cuts didn't show and I looked like I had been eating dairy, which wasn't the case. Any suggestions?????
Okay, I can't be the only Good Eats geek on this team. I can't get enough of the show. But the recipes, until this season, are usually nutritionally terrible. One of the team goals is to make over a recipe every week. Does anyone else want to join me in making over and sharing an AB recipe each week? That way we'll all get our good eats fix while keeping within our nutrition goals.
