Hi coach Jen, If I make a crockpot meal on Sat. and we heat it up for Sun. dinner, can the meal be counted both days or just one?

There's only one team for this challenge. This is it :)

Jen I'm really interested in this challenge but wondering if the fact that I can't always check in daily will affect how things go here? I have no home internet service so I usually come up to McDonald's and use their free wi-fi.

I'm wondering if someone can tell me how to bow out of a challenge, but pick it up at a later time. Is there a way to reset or cancel or something?

Yep. You can't reset the emails, but you can just start over from the beginning by clicking on the links to the emails at the top of our team page.

Hi. I started this challenge on Feb. 9th and things got a little crazy around my house so I didn't even get to finish my week one. Can I start over?

There's a box at the top of the Team page that says "Challenge Details". I checked your account, and it looks like Week 1 is checked off as completed. So you should be all set.

Yours works the same way as Paula's. You can't see upcoming weeks of the challenge until you're actually in them.
Hope that helps,

Paula,
I checked your account, and you started the challenge on 1/14, which means you can't click the link for Week 3 until tomorrow. You'll probably get Week 3's email tomorrow too.

I joined the team challenge to cook meals at home. When I click on the little plus sign in the "Other Goals" section, I get a pop up box that says "How Much" and I'm supposed to fill in the blank. Does it mean how many meals for that day? I'm a little confused...
Sometimes I wonder..."Why is that frisbee getting bigger?"...and then it hits me....

Hey, Coach Jen, this challenge is a great idea. I already do most of the action steps, but a refresher is always good.
I joined yesterday and I have completed the four action steps. How do I get from Week 1 to Week 2? Do I just wait for six more days and it will automatically advance as long as I have checked Week 1?

I'm sorry, but I'm alittle confused, where do we go to check the email for the questions.
I started SP back in Jan 12th 2008. I lost down to 153 in Sep 2008. But gained some back. This year i hope to reach my goal weight of 145.

I'd recommend posting this question as it's own thread. That way I can give some suggestions but other members of the team will see it too and they can offer their advice.

Hey coach Jen I have a tough time planning (maybe a weekly menu) for lunch and dinner in advance, because I normally eat whatever I have a taste for. Any suggestions?
It's an ongoing challenge, so people just start when they join. There's no "catching up". All of the emails can be found at the top of our Team page if you aren't getting them in your email for some reason.
Hope that helps,

Hi Shirley
Tracking the Team goals is totally optional, so if one of them isn't really a goal for you (since you already do it), the don't feel like you have to join it.
Hope that helps,

My question is about joining a goal that would not really be a challenge for me since being retired I cook almost all my meals at home already. Should I join and just click them off? Not joining looks like i'm not ready to start cooking at home.

Hello Coach Jen,
Are we allowed to start new threads in the Week forums, or do we have to post only in the "official" threads?
Thanks for your reply. Valerie
