I put the alarm to go to bed earlier. Then set the alarm for the time according to when I fall sleep not when I go to bed. But I am striving to go to bed earlier every time. I is working for me
I started a month ago , but I didn't go nowhere. Why? I am finding everything I do tiresome and very difficult. I am trying to continue and get somewhere with my fight for a better life. I make sure I turn off my laptop 30 minutes before bed, I workout properly & eat as well as I can. Make sure the lights are off, the fan is on and the shutters are closed so I have as little light as possible~

A mental note to myself: You WANT to sleep, because often I simply DON'T want to... like the collicky baby I once was, many years ago, I suppose. I WANT to sleep. I have to remind myself. Sometimes it actually works!
I have been exercising more consistently and it makes me tired and ready for bed so much earlier. The only problem I had last night is I couldn't fall back to sleep when I woke up. I was excited about going to walk/run with my boyfriend this morning. I felt like the kid in school that couldn't sleep the night before a field trip.
