Finished bootcamp this morning! It took me 34 days, not 28, but that's ok! I am proud of myself for not giving up even when missing a few days..because that's life. We can't always be perfect, we just need to keep moving forward. That's how we can meet the goal of better health and fitness, not just weight loss. Keep moving forward, even when we forget to log our food, or miss a workout.
But down to business, do we get points somehow for finishing?
