Started this challenge 5 days ago. I think I've actually gained weight. I'm hoping it's just because of the muscle from all the bike riding and toning videos! I feel a little leaner so I'm hoping I'm not crazy and this will work by the end of the 28 days!

After week 1, I lost 1 pound, which is my goal. I skipped a week, and didn't lose anything. The good news is that I didn't gain that pound back, either. I am getting back on track and starting week 2 tomorrow.
