I try to keep adding the number of times I do the vid each day. Then I have my favorite exercises so every time I do a rep I'll add it to my counter. I have been doing really well. I must say, using my tracker really helps.

This is great! I've been struggling with finding an exercise routine I can stick with, but I think I can stick with this (I do better with challenges/teams). It's close to bedtime and I've already done a workout today.. so I will be starting with day two tomorrow. Can't wait!!

Well I was off to a really good start last week, but over the weekend I caught the flu. I've been stuck in bed for the last two days just trying to keep my tea down. BLAH! So once I'm feeling better, hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday, I'll be back at day one. Re-start!

Marks-- I hope your shoulder is feeling better. I dislocated my knee back in May and I still feel a little wobbly when I do jumping jacks and things like that but my physical therapist told me that by doing lunges I should get that strength back...

Over the weekend I did kick boxing and also the Walk for the Cure walk for the American Cancer Society. So proud that I got my 3 days of work outs in last week, this week I'm going for four days... Hopefully when I weigh in on Wednesday I'll show a loss...

Yup just jump right in!

Mark- I'm hanging in there. I think I will start following my Spark nutrition plan and see if that will help me drop some pounds. Yesterday I went waaay over my calories, not good at all even though I'm working out it's not going to make a difference if I eat up all the calories that I burn.

Mark- I think you may have been asking me about the videos? I use the online versions, you have to go to the main page for this challenge, at the top there are links for each week, when you go there you'll see another link that wil take you to each video...

So I haven't done a workout since last week, ugh I keep letting myself get lazy have to snap out of this...

I should've started my 2 week today but the weekends are my down fall so I do not feel as though I could've continued without giving in another try. It is very difficult to stay motivated, especially over the weekends. Even though I was chasing my 22 monther around all weekend I didn't take that extra step of completing the 10 minute workout videos. I pray my motivation is higher this time around. emoticon

Hi -

I joined this group awhile ago, and I have gotten the update emails, but I'm not sure I'm receiving the ones with the weekly challenges in them. Or, perhaps I'm not looking in the right place? Could someone point me in the correct direction? I intend to start tomorrow!

Thanks,

A

Hey gang - I'm going to join you back at the starting line. I want to do this challenge right, and last week I only did 4 of the workout videos. I can do better, and WILL!
Let's hit the ground running!

OMG WHAT DID I GET INTO I did today's first challenge., I could do most of it. I had trouble with the mountain climber and the ones you get on the floor to do. But I stuck to it. I did not do as many as Coach Nichole however I FINISHED. emoticon I must say though not being able to see the screen made it somewhat hard to follow on certain parts. Great Challenge until tomorrow. Teresa

I'm with ya'll too! I'm on Day 4 and still adjusting. Had been doing protein/southbeach kind of thing previous and am so happy to just eat cereal again. Been dutiful so far with tracking my foods and getting out for a daily walk. Good luck to us all!

Today, I attended the international women's leadership conference, it has inspired me to try again, to learn from failure and there is nothing that I cannot do when putting my mind into it. With support, wether from friends, colleagues, or you all on the forums I am confident that we all can do it. Usually, I kind of just go online and use the tools ignoring the forum but this time I will be using the forum to help me on this journey!!
