SparkPeople's 28-Day Bootcamp Challenge is open for participation all year, and members can join the challenge anytime. To kick off 2011, SparkPeople is offering special prizes throughout the month of January for all Bootcamp participants. (And yes, even if you've already completed this Bootcamp in the past, you can still do it again and be eligible to win!)

Here's how it works.
1. Join the 28-Day Bootcamp Challenge SparkTeam anytime in the month of January. (The sooner you join, the more chances you'll have to win prizes.)

2. As soon as you click to join, the challenge begins. You'll get one email each week that outlines your workout plan and action steps. Simply follow the steps listed there to get fit this month!

3. Track your progress on the site. To be eligible for prizes, you must be a member of this team AND log your fitness minutes on SparkPeople's Fitness Tracker (or Quick Track feature).

4. At the end of each week in January, we'll randomly select four "active" challengers (team members who have logged their workouts for the week as explained above) to win one of two prizes: Two people will win a new copy of The Spark (paperback edition) with Coach Nicole's "Fit, Firm and Fired Up" workout DVD. Two other winners will each receive a $25 gift certificate to We'll give away prizes at the end of each week in January (4 weeks, 16 total winners).
