That's OK
If you can't find the beginning start page where there is a top bar that first of all says "Trackers" then next to that "Articles and Videos", I would just gonzo the first joage of the site and in the upper left you should see the word "help". Try clicking on that.

Thank you both for your help
I have been trying to find some work out video's here on spark but I guess I am not looking in the right places all I can find is video's to buy, also I can't fine on the team page where I track what I am doing and where I check off each day that is did the challenge.
Sorry I am new to this this whole think and a little overwhelmed but VERY motivated

What do you like to do? Do you have somewhere you can walk for 10 minutes? Have you joined a gym? Do you like exercise DVD's - libraries tend to have lots of those.

Just a few suggestions.

Starting Weight: 260

Goal 1: 247
Goal 2: 234
Goal 3: 200
Goal 4: 180
Goal 5: 160
Goal 6: 135

If you are starting out, I would suggest starting small. Walking is what I do. You can also check out the exercise videos here on Spark Page! Anni
