I fully empathize. Right now I am feeling very discouraged because I am having a flare up of sciatica and pain in my neck and arm, which makes it impossible for me to exercise safely and comfortably. I know that exercise is key to my being able to lose anything at all even when I am tracking my calories and nutrition as carefully as I am doing it here on SP. I figure I will just go back to the beginning as soon as I am able.

Would you start the whole year of work or school over. Just pick up where you left off. That is what I had to do. Make sure you are well enough to work out. You can relaps if your not well all the way. emoticon
