home alone-after soap opera- going to bowl and tennis on WII . That ought to cover my 10 min. Plan to do my 5 isometric excercises for my legs, thighs, back and butt 10 execercies x 10 (3x10 for each leg,10 for my back and 10 for my butt) to music on my radio or cds and try to do this routine everyday except on weekends no WII tennis or bowling with other activities going on. Wiil let you know how I did and how I feel tomorrow. Still working on meal plannings.
