Hi, I have been doing this challenge for almost a week now and I LOVE it! I find it so motivating to make myself do just 10 min of exercise....and I usually end up doing more. However, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in all my joints, usually it is very well controlled with my medication but I live in an isolated community in Northern Canada and I am waiting for my meds to come in on the plane. I have gone two weeks without my needle now and I have been forcing myself through the workouts through the pain, believing the end result is worth it. However, I woke up this morning and can barely move :( I don't want to give up on this challenge and the one day I didn't work out I felt like crap! I am looking for suggestions for extremely low impact activity that will still count towards this challenge...hoping my meds will be in this week and I'll be back to normal. Before I would have gone swimming but there is no indoor pool here :( Please let me know if you have any suggestions! Thanks :)
