Hmm -- I think some of her DVDs are available through Amazon streaming. Will have to check it out.

Have you heard of Leslie Sansone? She does walking DVD's for at home. I have a few of them. I really enjoy doing them when I can't get outside during the day.

A short walk -- if only! Yesterday was nice but it's raining cats and dogs today! I'll try to find a gentle video on Spark instead.

Yoga is miserable when your sick. I always feel like my head is going to explode if I do yoga when I have a cold. I would just go for a short walk outside once a day. The fresh air will be good for you and you'll still be getting your exercise! Feel better soon!

I've come down with a bad cold. I sure don't feel much like going to the gym or to yoga -- I can't breathe well, and I don't want to gross out the people around me with my snot. But I'm doing so well with this challenge and I don't want to break the streak.

Any suggestions for exercising while under the weather? Would something easy like a walk or a stretching video count?
