I have been using the beginner videos. They are great. I have done 4 days so far and what a difference it makes in my attitude and how I feel! Best wishes on your journey.

I am starting over again today also, I will keep starting over until I have 4weeks(28 days) in a row. I did five in a row but fell, so I'll join you: I'll go for the crunches! emoticon

Check out all the 10 minute videos and choose a different one every day and then repeat (that is what I did). Then move on to the longer videos. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Try doing 100 crunches when first get up in the morning emoticon

Hey there everyone...I must admit that I fell off a long time a go but I am ready to get back into the swing of things. No not for the new year but for my health! However, I need motivation in a major way. I really need that push to get going and moving...so 10 minutes a day is the way to go for me...I may be able to do 20 minutes if I do 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening!

Now here is the question....whats the best way to get started??
