I have been using the beginner videos. They are great. I have done 4 days so far and what a difference it makes in my attitude and how I feel! Best wishes on your journey.
I am starting over again today also, I will keep starting over until I have 4weeks(28 days) in a row. I did five in a row but fell, so I'll join you: I'll go for the crunches!
Alrighty!!! Thank you! I am going to get started today after work! The sooner the better!
Check out all the 10 minute videos and choose a different one every day and then repeat (that is what I did). Then move on to the longer videos.

Try doing 100 crunches when first get up in the morning
Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.

Hey there everyone...I must admit that I fell off a long time a go but I am ready to get back into the swing of things. No not for the new year but for my health! However, I need motivation in a major way. I really need that push to get going and moving...so 10 minutes a day is the way to go for me...I may be able to do 20 minutes if I do 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening!
Now here is the question....whats the best way to get started??
