You can do it Danny!! I start each day with a walk around the block with the dogs. If I miss that due to weather I will ride my stationary bike for 10 or 15 minutes. Like the others have said, reading the blogs and blogging myself has been very helpful to me.
You're on your own, and you know what you know, and You are the one who'll decide where to go....
Good Luck! You got some excellent advice.
Danny, starting small and reading other members blogs really help. I for one keep starting each time I fall off. you have come to the right place.

Hi Danny, One of the ways I get motivation is to read ON2VICTORY blog, Robert is amazing, he is very honest on how things go for him, he does lose heart and then finds it again. He has done amazing on his journey. Hope this helps.
Hi Danny, I started out walking around 2 blocks during my two - 15 minute breaks and then around 3 blocks during my 30 minute lunch break, and building from there. I am not a morning person, so I do most of my walking at work and then in the evening. I walk in place while watching a tv program, and during commercials I walk around the house.
You need to start small and work up one day at a time. Any exercise will build upon the next. We are here to support you.

I do my exercise as soon as I get out of bed .. I take my dog Bobby and we walk for at least 45.55 minutes .. I do have a walker as I am unable to walk alone ..
Of course you don't need to do that much.
I started with 5 minutes around the court and back and gradually increased to what I am doing today ..
Check my page out it is open and you will see what my nutrition consists of and the exercise that I now can do ..

Hi Danny and welcome to the group!
I had the same problem but just started with baby steps. This group is a great start. Everyone has 10 minutes in their day somewhere. Start slow. I have been walking every day. Once you get used to that you can always speed up or make your walks longer.
Feel free to drop me a spark mail if you need encouragement or support.
Hi my name is Danny and I am 33 years old. I am finding it very hard to get into an established exercise routine. Any advice, suggestions, tips, or motivation would greatly be appreciated.
