I walked at least 15 minutes a day, some days 30. By today I had 11 miles in for the week. A couple of days it was super cold here or I had a lot going on and really didn't want to do anything but hide under the covers. And of course one day I completely fell off the diet way wagon (intentionally, but still... ick).
I have been walking nearly every day for several weeks now. Winter is setting in here in Minnesota and each day it is a bit chillier or more difficult to find the motivation. This challenge is the extra kick in the butt I need.
