Great job! I've actually started looking for hotels that have gyms when I travel. I've been very fortunate that most of them have at least some of the same equipment I use at the gym so I can get a workout in, even when I'm away from home.

Thanks for the encouragement. You folks are great! I'm back home and I hope to have a great week of exercising - exercise has been the hardest area for me to be consistent in. I was challenged by Spark Coach to make a fitness goal to work at. I've never been able to do pull ups well so I'm going to add some weight lifting routines toward that goal.

my exercise on my vacation in two weeks will be different than what i do at home... going to dover downs for few days... lot of walking... we will be on 10th floor.. not sure where this room will be... but its a distance to buffet for meals... have to walk up flight of stairs i think about 20steps each way... we like to sit by the window... farthest away from food... then the slots we like to use is toward the back...... they also have exercise room which i am not use to..

I am traveling this week for work. So I decided to use the Spark People videos to get at least ten minutes a day in of exercise. It's the first time I've done something like this and it feels good.
