I like to find ways to work core exercises into my daily life, like sitting on the edge of my chair and seeing how far back I can lean, pulling myself back up with my core. Also side twists on the chair. That way I can get a few exercises in without having to get dressed for a workout and go to the gym.

If not now, when?

I've never regretted a workout, even if it wasn't great.

I have, however, regretted NOT working out.

I suggest a stability ball for core exercises. It's a fun way to learn some new ways to strengthen your core. As you get stronger, the moves can be modified to give you a greater challenge.

Check out the workout videos on this site. Just aim for 10 minutes a day and build from there. I am struggling with motivation too and my mantra for the day is "Just do it!" emoticon
