I've found Coach Nicole's videos very helpful. It feels as if I have my own, personal coach in my living room. I've never been good at exercising, but since I've been using the video's, I'm actually enjoying exercising!! Wonders do still happen!

Thank you for the info, It was on the old tracker for fitness not the new tracker. Unless I did not see it on the new tracker. I am glad that I found it. Thanks again.

On the fitness page there is a button that says workout generator, that will take you to a questionnaire that will give you workouts that fit your needs.

when I was on SPARK before the fitness tracker gave you workouts they thought would be best. Where can I get this feture to work? I really liked that. Thanks.
