It's always good to do weights but you have to do what doctor says. If your suppose to be off your feet. Just do weights sitting down. I know it's hard but doing things your not suppose to do will injure yourself more then take longer to get better. Be patient !!

Lost 110 pounds so far! i am loving it!
I am now exercising 50 mins a day working up to 60 ! Keeping active is so important!
