I have a knee injury and I wrap it and it helps you might what to try that.

You should try a kickboxing dvd. I love the Jillian Michaels one and you could just do the upper body part! Great cardio!! emoticon

I walked for 10 minutes and put my knee out doing it. Have to find a new way to exercise since walking will be out for a few days.
