Today is my 20th wedding anniversary and I have been trying to get him to exercise with me instead of going out to eat. I wold like to have a salad and a little piece of steak. Is that too hard to ask for?

Have fun with it! When I started I took my smartphone and watched videos on Netfllix while I walked on the treadmill. Got myself up to an hour at a time without even realizing it.

In the upper right is a menu and one option is "my Trackers". On this menu is a fitness tracker. Here you can setup your fitness goals and track the exercises that you do.
